Congratulations on reaching this far and making it to the finals shortlist! Below you will find all the technical information to ensure everything runs smoothly.
In your e-mail you received more detailed information, including login information to your respective “presenting rooms”.

Before the Presentation:
1. Please read the guidelines we sent you.
2. Prepare a 4-minute presentation (video, Keynote, PowerPoint, or any other live-broadcast-friendly format).
3. Update your Zoom app to the latest version in advance.
4. Use a single screen only (a computer or laptop without additional monitors).
5. Ensure a stable internet connection. Refer to the attached guidelines for internet stability tips.
6. If your presentation includes video with sound, make sure you know how to enable audio sharing. Only the presenter can share sound! Refer to the Zoom guidelines we sent to you to learn more)
7. We strongly recommend doing a test run internally to check that all settings are working properly.
Zoom Profile Naming:
Set your Zoom display name to: NAME_LAST NAME_AGENCY/COMPANY
Joining the Presentation Room:
1. Log in to the correct Zoom room 10 minutes before your category’s scheduled start time.
2. Once logged in, follow the moderator’s instructions and monitor the chat box closely.
During the Presentation:
1. The presenter is responsible for starting their own presentation and turning on the microphone.
2. Time limit is strictly 4 minutes—the moderator may mute your audio if you go over time.
3. Q&A (jury + audience): 6 minutes maximum
After the Presentation
1. All presenters must leave the Zoom channel once their presentation is finished.
