Before the presentation
-
Please carefully review the guidelines we sent you.
-
Prepare a 4-minute presentation (video, Keynote, PowerPoint, or any other live-broadcast-friendly format).
-
Update your Zoom application to the latest version in advance.
-
Check that Zoom has permission to share your screen and system audio on your computer and enable these settings in advance.
-
Use one screen only (a computer or laptop without additional monitors).
-
Ensure a stable internet connection; using a mobile hotspot is not recommended.
-
If your presentation includes video with sound, make sure you know how to enable audio sharing. Only the presenter can share sound.
-
We strongly recommend doing a test run internally to make sure everything works properly.
