To ensure smooth sailing for the shortlisted presentations on 18.04.2024, please acquaint yourselves with the following information!
Preparation for Presentations:
- Ensure laptops are charged and Zoom application is updated.
- Create Zoom username for easy identification: NAME_LAST_NAME_AGENCY/COMPANY.
- Utilise a stable internet connection; kindly refrain from using mobile data.
- Each participant is responsible for screen sharing and initiating the presentation.
- Log in to the respective room 10 minutes prior to the start of your presentation category. All login information for rooms has been previously sent. Please refer to the email titled: Please read: Guidelines for M&L presenters.
- Upon logging in, kindly keep track of information shared in the Zoom chat.
- Presentations are allotted 4 minutes; strict adherence is requested.
- This will be followed by a 6-minute Q&A session with the jury.
After the presentation
- Upon conclusion of the Q&A session, if no further presentations are scheduled for your category, please log out. The presentations can be continued to be watched via live stream: https://miitandlinks2024.stasti.lv.
Final results announcement
